Request for proposals are invited for Study of the Sustainability of an Operating Authority for Wastewater and Rainwater Treatment Services.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

1. The Urban Community of Douala (hereinafter called "the Client") has received funding from the French Development Agency (hereinafter called "AFD") to cover the cost of the Project of Drainage Pluvial of the City of Douala, and intends to allocate part of the financing to the payments relating to the Contract for which this Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued.
2. The Government Delegate now requests Proposals for the provision of the following consultancy services: Study of the sustainability of a management board for the wastewater and rainwater treatment services of Douala, ci -after designated by "the Services". For more information on the Services, please see the attached Terms of Reference (Section VII).

8. Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond, established by a first-rate bank or an insurance company approved by the Ministry in charge of Finance of Cameroon and whose list appears in the DDP (cf. Appendix F), in the amount of four million (4, 000, 000) CFA francs, and with a validity period of five (05) months from the date fixed for the opening of the envelopes.
