Description : Description of Advisory: STUDY SERVICE DELIVERY, MONITORING AND CONTROL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING WORK OF 27 HEALTH CENTERS IN REGIONS IN REPUBLIC OF GUINEA: Post Ebola Health Sector Support Project Funded by Islamic Bank Development (IDB). In order to support the realization of the PNDS 2015-2024, the Republic of Guinea undertakes to implement a Post-Ebola Health Sector Support Project (PASSPE) through a loancontracted with the Islamic Development Bank. The objectives of this project will be (1) to strengthen the health system and, in particular, reduce mortality from communicable and noncommunicable diseases, (2) modernize and strengthen health care services to meet immediate needs and (3) ) address the challenges of lack of access to health facilities for local populations.
