Tender Details

Expression of Interest are invited for Strengthening Technical and Vocational Education and Training.

Task: Facilitate state level TVET instructors/Teachers training on CSE, Peace Club guidelines, Climate Change and Environment

Expected deliverables.
• Coordinate training activities
• List of participating TVET instructors/teacher, state ministers, County relevant partners and
IPs.
• Conferencing facilities for 6 days each including lunches and refreshments per group.
• Provide accommodation and transport refund for TVET instructors/teachers who will be
coming from the counties.
• Provide transport refund for the 50 participants (40 TVET instructors/teachers and 10 state
level private sector and line ministry participants) per state participants from the mobilized
states of
• Provide fees for tutors/trainers.
• Reports with pictures of activities, supporting documents, attendance sheets, invoices, and
financial statements.
4. Target Locations.
i) Cluster 1: Lakes, Warrap and Western Bhar El Ghazal.
ii) Cluster 2: Jonglei, Pibor Administrative Area
iii) Cluster 3: Central Equatorial, Eastern Equatoria and Western Equatorial state.
