Tenders are invited for Strengthening the Drinking Water Supply System in the Town of Richard Toll
5- Eligible and interested candidates can obtain additional information from the SONES Procurement and Market Monitoring Unit from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. GMT (Monday to Friday) and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT (Monday to Thursday), Tel: +221 33 839 78 93, by making a request via the email address mentioned below: [email protected] with a copy to, [email protected] and [email protected] .
Interested candidates can obtain a tender file by submitting a request via this email address: [email protected], against a non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100, 000) FCFA. Payment will be made via bank transfer to an account that will be specified to them at their request. The files will be obtained electronically for candidates who have previously made the transfer.
9- A site visit will be organized by SONES on Wednesday January 3, 2024 starting from the drinking water treatment station on the TAOUE bridge. The visit will be followed by a preparatory meeting on Monday January 8, 2024 at the SONES Board of Directors room - Hann Route du Front de Terre.
10- Offers must be written in French and submitted to the following address: SONES Headquarters Route du Front de Terre, Dakar - Secretariat of the Procurement and Market Monitoring Unit, Building C - Ground floor - Left wing - Office no. 1 - Tel. : (+221) 33 839 78 93 no later than Wednesday January 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. GMT . Submission of bids electronically will not be permitted. The Late bids will not be accepted.
11- Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend the opening of bids, on Wednesday January 31, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. GMT, at the Conference Room of the Board of Directors, Headquarters of SONES Route du Front of Land - 3rd floor, Room A3.07.
12- Offers must include a bid guarantee in the amount of ninety million (90, 000, 000) FCFA.
