Refurbishment of the drinking water and dirty water pipes of the Federal Network Agency in Mainz, when converting during operation, administrative building with canteen area, the Building floor space is approx. 6, 090 m2, the net area approx. 18, 500 m2. The building complex consists of several components. This includes 5 sanitary cores with 13 sanitary areas in the floors UG up to OG 2 with approx. 675 m2 GGF and a canteen area.
