Tender Details

Tenders are invited for State and Resilience Building Contract 2 Complementary Support (SRBC2 CS).

Contract description
In the framework of the SRBC2 programme, the service contract will provide technical assistance to achieve the following results :
- Enhanced performance of PFM, Procurement and Public Private Partnership, with emphasis on the fight against corruption.
- Improved functioning of the democratic, rule of law, and security institutions.
The expert team will tentatively be composed of the following principal (or key) experts: (i) a Public Financial Management and Procurement expert, (ii) an expert on Public Private Partnership, (iii) an expert on Security Sector Reform, (iv) an expert in Transitional Justice, and (v) an expert in Constitutional Reform.
