8. Consultation of the file

The file can be obtained during working hours from the General Secretariat of the COMMON NGAOUI, General Secretariat, located at the NGAOUI City Hall as soon as this notice is published in the press and by postings.
9. Acquisition of the file

11. Provisional bond

12. Admissibility of tenders
