The warranty period for services provided must be at least 12 months, calculated from the date signing by the Customer of the acceptance certificate for services provided. The supplier is obliged to provide services during business hours (from 9:00 to 18:00) in accordance with the submitted request. Terms of payment: Payment is made on the basis of the issued invoice, certificate of services rendered and signed reconciliation report. The price offered by the supplier must cover all costs associated with the provision of services.
