Request for proposals are invited for Security Operations Center Managed Services

Scope of Bid In support of the Invitation for Bids (IFB) indicated above, eProcess International SA, hereinafter referred to as “the Outsourcer, ” issues this Bid Document for the selection of a suitable vendor (referred to as Bidder in this RFP) who will be responsible for monitoring our entire estate. This consists of the Core Infrastructure (Servers, Network), Next Generation Firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto and Checkpoint), IPS devices, Web Security Appliances, Host Intrusion Prevention Systems, File Integrity Monitoring Solution, Data Leakage Prevention Solution, Web Application Firewalls, Privilege identity Management Solution, Anti APT Solutions, Network Behavioral Anomaly Detection, Network Access Control, DAM etc. We currently have a McAfee SIEM. Logs received from all these devices must be correlated, analyzed for detection of threats, unusual user behavior & proactive incident analysis in real time manner.
