Expression of Interest are invited for Scaling Affordable Housing in Cote Divoire.

A new advisory project proposed by MAS will address the above challenges. This Terms of Reference focuses on item (1) and seeks qualified international (and possibly national) real estate specialist(s) with knowledge of the Ivorian housing market to build a research framework and conduct a market research and analysis.
A market study would help address the gap in understanding the housing market dynamics since there is no available source of reliable data to understand demand and supply details, and no analysis of trends from which investors can build business plans. This also leads to a slow take up of units provided to the market. The objective of this TOR is to enable stakeholders to better assess and address the housing demand, particularly the addressable demand, and then to respond with a suitable (formal) supply of residential units to meet demand, in a well-planned and regulated manner.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.

Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted.
