Sale of shares in Spielbank SH GmbH Sale of all company shares in Spielbank SH GmbH, to which the license to operate casinos in Schleswig-Holstein was granted on October 31, 2025 in accordance with Sections 2 Paragraph 1 and 3 Paragraph 1 SpielbG SH became. The company for the administration and financing of investments mbH ("GVB") intends to sell the shares it holds in Spielbank SH GmbH. The state of Schleswig-Holstein informed Spielbank SH GmbH in a notice dated 31st. October 2025 the concession for the operation of five public casinos in Schleswig-Holstein ("Casino Concession") in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 I.V.m. Section 3 of the Schleswig-Holstein Casino Act ("SpielbG SH") with a term of 15 years until 31. Granted in December 2040. The casino license became inviolable under public procurement law after ten calendar days from the publication of the ex-ante announcement on October 20, 2025 (Section 135 Paragraph 3 Sentence 1 of the Act Against Restraints of Competition (“GWB”)). The casino concession is to be classified as a service concession within the meaning of Section 105 Paragraph 1 No. 2 of the GWB.
