Integrated Urban Development Project II

The Djiboutian Social Development Agency (ADDS) has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (" AFD ") to cover the cost of the Integrated Urban Development Program II (PDUI 2 & PDUI 2Bis) and intends to allocate part of the funding to payments relating to the contract for the performance of road works and equipment separated into two lots. The Client intends to pre-qualify contractors and / or companies for lot 1 (road works) and lot 2 (equipment works).

The works for Lot 1 (roads) consist of the construction of approximately 5.00 km of urban roads (roadway and sidewalk) in a popular district in the suburbs of the city of Djibouti (Layableh / Mosquito net). The works include earthworks (approximately 35, 000 M3 including pavement structure), the supply and installation of curbs (12, 000 ml), the supply and execution of asphalt concrete coating works (approximately 30, 000 M2) and paving stones. stone (approximately 16, 000 M2) as well as the realization of hydraulic structures in reinforced concrete (scuppers, slabs for approximately 800 M3).

The invitation to tender is divided into firm tranche and conditional tranche carried out or not according to the amount of financial offers from companies and according to the obtaining of additional financing. The mass of works in the firm phase (covered by the current funding) will probably represent around 50% of the list of works listed above for each of the 2 lots.
