The Hotel will provide following services on 8, 9 and 13 October 2026:1.Banquet Hall suitable for guaranteed 22 and expected 28 participants on 8-9 October, and 35 to 45 participants on 13 October.2.Round Table seating arrangements with 5 participants on each table; or U-shape seating (will be decided later)3.SMD Screen (minimum 10' x 12') with Sound System + 2 complementary cordless microphones4.Zoon setup with 1 camera5.Dedicated internet line (10 MB)6.Podium with microphone7.Two (2) additional cordless microphones8.Necessary stationary, like Sticky Notes (3 x 6) in 3 colors, note pads, pens, 10 x Flip Charts with stand, markers, soft mints etc.9.Drinking water in GLASS bottes 330ml and/or 750ml, quantity as per need10.Morning and Evening tea/coffee with snacks/cookies11.Lunch with Buffet Meals in restaurant12.Service staff13.WiFi internet service14.Generator and UPS power backup15.Any relevant service required on spot
