RFP-2026-02 UNAIDS Virtual Support Team for the Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8) Funding Cycle and United States Government Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a suitable contractor and enter into a contractual agreement to support the operationalisation of the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS-s Virtual Support Team (VST). Adapting this support to the shifting global health environment is critical for the continued impact of the available funding at the country level. The Global Fund Grant Cycle 8 (GC8) is unfolding under tighter allocation envelopes, heightened scrutiny of prioritization decisions, and increased expectations regarding sustainability, domestic resource mobilization, and integration with and sustainability of resilient systems for health. Concurrently, the bilateral global health agreements (MoUs) led by GHSD are promoting countries- self-reliance and shaping alignment between HIV investments and broader health security, surveillance, laboratory systems, workforce, and supply chain strengthening agendas.The provider shall be a public institution, company, individual or NGO operating in the field of HIV programming with proven expertise in delivery of high-quality technical assistance.Work to be done:1.
