The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with successful bidders and select suitable contractors to provide emergency support to LGBTI-led organizations and groups in the periods of human rights attacks and in the periods of crisis of community ledresponses in (Track A) West and Central Africa and Easten and South Africa, (Track B) Asia-Pacific and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, and (Track C) Latin America and the Caribbean.Selected contractors will be public institutions, companies, or NGOs and will be tasked to set up and operate regionalemergency support funds (1 contractor per track).The contractor shall be a public institution, company, or NGO (no individuals).The project will have the duration of maximum seven months with start date of 1st June and must be completed until the December 31, 2025.Contractors will be tasked to set-upa demand-driven emergency support fund that will be able to provide small grants or direct funding to LGBTI-led organizations to ensure their safety and security, including digital security, in the situations:- Increased criminalization of LGBTI- Stigmatization/dehumanization campaigns against LGBTI-Funding restrictions (including due to foreign agent laws- Defunding of LGBTI-led responsesThe scope of support may include convening of and support to the crisis support team, legal support, shelter/relocation, services/care for violence survivors, organizing retreats for affected team to assessa...
