The Republic of Djibouti, committed to achieving 100 % green energy production by 2035, wishes to develop a pilot of tidal power in strategic coastal areas, including the Ghoubet pass. This project aims to diversify the energy mix, reduce dependence on fossil fuels and strengthen climate resilience. In this context, this call for proposal is launched to recruit a national firm responsible for conducting the study of environmental and social impacts (EIES) and to support the preparation of the conceptual note of the project, in accordance with the standards of the Green Fund for the Climate (FVC) and the UNDP indicate whether you have launched to submit an offer by creating an response project without subjecting it directly into the system.
