The World Bank seeks to contract a firm to provide research and technical assistance to support the scale‑up of a childcare entrepreneurship intervention. The scale‑up will train 120 women and establish approximately 18-20 childcare centers in Brazzaville and Pointe‑Noire (i.e. around 9-10 in each city). Specifically, the assignment seeks to: (i) generate timely data and learning to inform implementation, and lay the ground for an impact evaluation; and (ii) support the effective and timely implementation of 18-20 new childcare centers, in close coordination with the Project Implementation Unit (PIU), the MASSAH, the World Bank task team, and DEC researchers.
