WHO is requesting a detailed price offer for the organization of a meeting planned in Sousse from August 27 to 28, 2026. We are looking for a hotel that can meet the following needs: coffee breaks, lunch, mineral water, as well as the rental of a meeting room. meeting equipped with audiovisual equipment. Please find below the specific details to include in your offer for the seminar room:· Number of participants expected in the room: 25 people · Healthy morning coffee break : to be served at 10:30 a.m. Afternoon coffee break (biscuits, tea and coffee only): to be served at 3:30 p.m. · Lunch: buffet scheduled for 12:00 p.m. for 25 people · Mineral water: 2 glass bottles per table Room rental meeting: A spacious and well-equipped room that can accommodate all participants, in round table or U-shaped configuration; Podium equipped for four speakers Audiovisual equipment: video projector, screen, 2 Flip Charts, microphones, notepads, pens, and high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection Assistance: presence of an IT specialist when the meeting starts. Accommodation: Half-board accommodation for 18 people, with check-in on August 26, 2026 and check-out on August 28 2026.
