Request for proposals to supply and install a solar energy system 1 The purpose of the request is to provide and install a solar photovoltaic energy system for the Council-s main headquarters, within the framework of the Council-s commitment to the directives of the National Unity Government aimed at rationalizing consumption, reducing the electric energy bill, and achieving sustainability. Environmental 2 Scope of work required: Conduct a comprehensive field survey of the site to evaluate roof areas, analyze shadows, structural condition, and connection points. Provide an integrated technical and financial offer. Supply, install, test, and operate the entire system. Provide an operation and maintenance brochure. 3. The technical approach is left to advanced companies. Freedom to propose the most appropriate artistic and technical solutions based on the results of the field survey of the site, taking into account the following All equipment must be new, original, and conform to approved international standards Providing a guarantee on the system Providing a guarantee on the performance of the solar panels Conversion efficiency of no less than 98 For inverters, providing a smart monitoring system to monitor performance remotely 4 Mandatory site survey All applicants must conduct a comprehensive field survey of the site before submitting the offer.
