Request for Proposal Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Smeda) is a Statutory Body Working under the Ministry of Industries and Production (Moi&P) Government of Pakistan for the Development and Promotion of Smes in Pakistan. Smeda Invites Sealed Bids from Interested Individual Consultants having Minimum of 15 Years of Experience in Smes Sector and Also Strong Command on Media Management, Also Registered with Income & Sales Tax Departments for the Provision of Pr & Media Consultancy Services at Smeda Head Office for the Period of One Year. 2. Rfp Document, Containing Detailed Terms and Conditions, Etc. are Available on Epads as Well as at Smeda, 4Th Floor, Building No. 3, Aiwan ? E- Iqbal Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore. Price of the Bidding Document is Rs. 500 (Non-Refundable). 3.
