The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC), Brindisi, has a requirement to establish a Local Systems Contract with a duration of three (3) years with the option to be extended for two (2) periods of one (1) year each for the Supply of Airfield/Heliport Portable Lighting Equipment on an “as and when required basis”.The Department of Operational Support (DOS) provides logistic support to the United Nations Peacekeeping Missions throughout the world. DOS operates and maintains various aerodromes/heliports in these missions, which include ground support equipment and air navigation aids.The requirement shall include the following:• Product 1: Runway and Taxiway Edge Light System complete with light units, trailer (charger station), and remote control (estimated quantities for the 5-year contract: 20);• Product 2: Helicopter Landing Light System complete with light units, transport case (charger station), remote control, and foldable pushcart (estimated quantities for the 5-year contract: 30);• Spare Parts for products 1 and 2.Additional contractual tasks to be performed by the selected Bidder shall include, but are not limited to:- Supply all related technical manuals, drawings, ...
