Tender Details

Tenders are Invited for Replacement of Approximately 1320M of Old Dilapidated DN 400 Steel/HDPE Pipe from KCM MWSC Treatment Plant into the Distribution Network

WORKS INCLUDE
Installation of DN 400 Steel to the Manifold Pipe Connection and Associated Fittings i.e. Couplings and Flange Adaptors.

The Replacement of the DN 400 Steel/HDPE pipe with DN 400 HDPE. This will include excavations of the proposed route where the pipe will be laid.

The removal of the existing old dilapidated steel pipe and transporting to site to be advised by the client.

Installation of the various valves, I.e. gate valves, non-return valve and drain points.

Construction and installation of thrust blocks and construction of road crossing (installation of Culverts at road crossing).

Construction of Concrete Valve Chambers and associated works.

Pressure testing and disinfection the pipe during installation/commissioning the award of contract, will be based on the best evaluated bidder.

Tender Fee: K750.00 non refundable
