Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation, Supply of Solar Equipment and Hybridization of Five (05) Standard Ptfm in the Villages of (Fanou Bokocope, Dzogadze, Sedome, Gape-Adjido Ct Esse-Nadj in the Maritime Region.
Interested candidates may consult the complete bidding documents free of charge or obtain them at a cost against payment of a one-time non-refundable fee of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA francs for the purchase of the CAD at the above address.
Four (4) copies of the bids, one (01) original and three (03) copies must be sent to the following address: Secretariat of the Agence nationalc d'appui au developpement a la base (ANADEB), located at Agbalepcdogan, Lome, Rue 48 Maison 426, Villa Malou,

Tel (00228) 22 25 5711, Door No. 111 by September 27, 2022 at 3:30 p.m. Late bids will not be accepted.
Tenders must include a tender guarantee which must be a bank guarantee in the amount of: one million five hundred thousand CFA francs (1, 500, 000) for lot 1 and two million (2, 000, 000) CFA francs for each of lots 2, 3, 4 and 5.

Candidates will remain bound by their offers for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the deadline for submission of bids.
Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of bidders who wish to attend the opening of bids on September 27, 2022 3t 16:00 GMT.
