Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation and Construction Works of Schools Buildings for La Rosiere Primary School and Seychelles Institute of Agriculture and Horticulture in the Republic of Seychelles.

Rehabilitation and Development of Educational Establishments Project.

Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB)
procedures specified in the KFAED’s Guidelines: Procurement under KFAED loans.

A complete set of Bidding Document (in English) may be purchased by interested
Bidders on the submission of a written application and upon payment of a non-refundable
fee of SCR1, 500.00 (Seychelles Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred only) or
USD100.00, (United State Dollars One Hundred only) in cash or bank draft at the
Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development between 09:00 a.m to 12:00
noon and 1.30 p.m. to 3.00 p.m. on all those working days mentioned above at Point 3.
The Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder.
5. Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting followed by the mandatory
site visits scheduled for Thursday 26 March 2020 at 10.00 a.m Seychelles time. The
meeting place will be at the Ministry of Education and Human Resource Development
Head Quarters at Mont Fleuri, Republic of Seychelles and thereafter to the sites.
6. All bids must be delivered by 20 April 2020 on or before 11:00 hours Seychelles Time
on that Monday 20 April specified above at the National Tender Board, 1st Floor,
Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles. All bids must be accompanied by a bid
security of SCR1, 500, 000.00 (Seychelles Rupees One Million and Five Hundred
Thousand Only) or USD110, 000.00. (United State Dollars One Hundred and Ten
Thousand Only). Bids will be opened at 11.00 .a.m. local time (Seychelles) on the
date mentioned above. All Bidders and or their representatives are welcome to
attend the bid opening ceremony. Late bids will be rejected.
