Tenders are invited for Regulatory maintenance and control services facilities of the headquarters of the CINOR buildings A, B and C.
3 / Main Features: The market consists of a price part for maintenance services, control and audit and a unit price part on order for refresher benefits and services outside package for all 2 lots of walking.

These benefits will be paid by:

Part fixed on the benefits mentioned in the CCTP of each lot:

- For lot 1 - Maintenance of elevators: Elevators EST (630kg, 6 levels, 1.6m / s, simple opening), Lift WEST (1000kg, 6 levels, 1.6m / s, simple opening), Lift BAT C ( 630kg, 4 levels, 1.6m / s, single aperture)
- For lot 4 - Controls and mandatory periodic checks: anti intrusion equipment (61U), Elevator (3U), Air conditioning (288u), Access Control (45u), ECS (3U), Electricity (111u), SSI (219u )
- A variable part of an annual maximum amount following:
- For lot 1 - Maintenance of lifts: € 3, 000 excl.

- For lot 4 - Controls and mandatory periodic checks: € 2, 000 excl.
