Tenders are invited for Regulatory Audit of Fuel Loads in Thermal Power Plants of ENEO and DPDC

The Consultant's mission is to:
- carry out an audit of fuel consumption in all of the concerned ENEO and DPDC plants during the 2021 financial year;
- propose a sample of the plants to be visited for validation by ARSEL;
- carry out joint verification descents with the Regulator in the field for the validated sample;
- analyze the evolution of these charges over the years and the consistency with other factors such as demand, energy supplied, etc;
- check the consistency of the figures put forward by the operator ENEO on these charges (diesel and heavy fuel oil) in terms of performance and forecast for the 2021 financial year;
- formulate proposals for improving the monitoring of fuels.
