Tenders are invited for Refurbishment of Wards at Victoria Hospital
The Project consists of the refurbishment of an existing unoccupied space on the second floor of the accident emergency department into 1 male ward, 1 female ward, 1 General ward and a High Dependency Unit to serve 56 beds. The project covers an area of approximately 1475 square metre or 16000 square feet.
The works include amongst others supply and fixing of gypsum partition walls, aluminium false ceiling, vinyl and tile flooring, doors, sanitary fixtures, guard rail, curtainrack, nurse station, lockers, built in furniture, Medical gas, cold water, hot water, waste and sewage, firefighting system, electrical, air-conditioning, air-supply, fire alarm system, TV installation, CCTV and Telephone system. The scope of works is further elaborated in Section III.
The bid validity period shall be 90 days from the date of bid submission deadline
