Title: Recruitment of a study and supervision firm for the construction of a wharf and a protective dyke at the port of

Sandervalia.
1- The Guinean Naval Company plans to carry out studies to determine the depths and relief of a body of water around the port of Sandervalia for the construction of a commercial passenger and cargo wharf, and a protective dyke in riprap or floating breakwater with piles driving against the waves in said port. This same study will also look at a detailed examination of the existing structures to detect anomalies for their defections.

Funding will be provided by funds from the Société Navale Guinéenne.
2- In fact, the aim of the planned study is to take stock of the existing marine data from the bathymetric and topographic surveys in order to be able to establish

port infrastructures and protection works. Then carry out the feasibility studies, to the owner and the construction company who need to know:

- The morphology of the seabed for hydraulic development and construction;

- What current the port body of water is confronted with for the stability of ships during stopovers.
3- After this study, we will give the firm that will be retained, another mission for the monitoring and control of the structures to be built according to the parameters defined by the studies carried out in the marine environment.
4- The firm will have for main tasks:

- To carry out bathymetric surveys on 22 (twenty-two) hectares and topographic surveys on 3 (three) hectares, of high precision;

- To locate and describe the improvements or corrections of defects observed on the access road, the quay and the other installations of the port;

- Provide 3D bathymetric mapping;

- Possibly locate wrecks and blocks of stones on the seabed;

- To carry out the mission of monitoring and controlling the works of construction of the infrastructures;

- To prepare a tender dossier.
5- The services will be carried out in four phases (stages):

Phase 1: Preparation of a preliminary preliminary design (APS) of the Bathymetry and Topography studies.

Phase 2: Preparation of a Detailed Preliminary Project (PDA) for Bathymetry and Topography studies.

Phase 3: Propose improvements or corrections to be made to the existing structures of the port.

Phase 4: Drafting of tender documents (DAO) for consultation of the companies responsible for the work.
6- The candidate must provide:

- Written proof of his status as a firm with the skills allowing intervention in the field of studies and design of maritime works, -The candidate`s qualifications in the field of studies and achievements in the marine environment;

- Technical and financial references on the basis of the terms of reference that will be given to him.
