As part of its programmatic support activities for its partners, UNICEF Algeria is launching a call for tenders for the recruitment of a specialized service provider for the piloting of an adaptable training package in digital skills and entrepreneurship for the benefit of vocational training learners in Sahrawi refugee camps. The objective would be to: Sign a service contract with a provider specializing in digital training, entrepreneurship, innovation, support for young people and/or digitalization of professional training courses and, Design, test and document an adaptable training package in digital skills and entrepreneurship, intended for learners and trainers of the training professional in Sahrawi refugee camps, in order to strengthen the relevance of training courses, to support the digitalization of existing or emerging sectors, and to contribute to the creation of realistic livelihood opportunities, self-employment and digital micro-activities adapted to the humanitarian context. Place of execution: Sahrawi refugee camps near Tindouf, Algeria, covering the five camps of Boujdour, Smara, Laayoune, Awserd and Dakhla.
