Tender Details

The High Authority for Audiovisual and Communication (HAAC), an independent constitutional institution, has the mission to guarantee and ensure the freedom and protection of the press and other mass media. In accordance with the provisions of articles 23 to 30 of the organic law n 2018-029 of December 10, 2018 amending the lawi organic n 2004-021 of December 15, 2004, it: "ensures compliance with the pluralistic expression of currents of thought and opinion in written, online and audiovisual communication, particularly in terms of political information, economic, social, cultural and environmental, is competent to authorize the installation and exploitation ofbroadcasting, television, audiovisual production and videoclubs, is competent to issue the receipt for the declaration of publication of national and online publications and is the only body empowered to determine, in accordance with the principles of equal treatment and access to public media, the practicalities of audiovisual performancesand written documents of political parties, unions and associations and control their implementation ".MISSION / DELIVERABLES Five (05) deliverables are expected from this mission in digital and paper: the general communication strategy of the HAAC; three-year implementation action, a graphic chart for the elaboration of communication media;re-design and makeover of the HAAC website including, where appropriate, an intranet component. a child and woman protection signage against violent and shocking images in the audiovisual media, in the form of pictograms.
