Objective
The implementation of a multisectoral project like U-Report requires the support of a full-time employee and multiple technical skills that will help the office manage the RapidPro platform, the software used for U-Report.
The consultant should work with the section and in close collaboration with the IT department, ensure that a clear strategy is put in place to reach the communities; This will facilitate the collection of relevant data and empower people to address local issues and use this information to influence local, regional and national stakeholders as part of a broader governance strategy. and accountability.
