Prequalifications are invited for Recruitment of an Individual Consultant Expert in Ipp (Independent Production of Electricity) for the Profit of Mca-Benin II.

1. The Millennium Challenge Corporation ("MCC") and the Government of BENIN ("Government" or "GbB") have signed a Compact Millennium Challenge Account ("Compact") for Millennium Challenge Account assistance of approximately 375 million US dollars ("MCC Funding") to help reduce poverty through economic growth in Benin.
