Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of an Individual Consultant in Charge of Statistical Capacity Building of the Ministry of Education. Technical and Professional, Qualifying Training and Employment -Republic of Congo.

1. The Government of the Republic of Congo has received funding from the African Development Fund (ADF) to cover the costs of the Skills and Human Resources Development Project (PDCRH), and intends to use part of the awarded for the recruitment of an individual consultant in charge of statistical capacity building of the Ministry of Technical and Vocational Education, Qualification and Employment (METPFQE).

2. The general objective of this mission is to equip the executives of the Department of Studies and Planning (DEP) of the METPFQE with technical capacities relating to the production of statistical yearbooks. Specifically, the following activities will be undertaken: (i) the elaboration of a strategy for the sustainable production of statistical information in the technical and vocational education sub-sector in accordance with the statistical law in force which will be integrated into the strategy of the sub-sector of Technical and Professional Education,

Qualification and Employment Training (ETPFQE); (ii) establishing an inventory of existing statistical tools of the ETPFQE department; (iii) the revision of tools and training of managers on the collection of data on the mining and timber sectors as well as on the use of data entry software such as CS PRO, Excel, SPSS and others; (iv) the transfer of data and the creation of an information system to the DEP for the production of statistical yearbooks. The mission will take place in Brazzaville for a period of four (04) months.

3. The PDCRH Project Implementation Unit, hereinafter referred to as "the Executing Agency ", invites interested individual consultants to apply for the services described above. Interested consultants must provide information on their abilities and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (composition of the file: (i) cover letter, dated and signed, (ii) detailed and recent Curriculum Vitae (CV) setting out show similar services and / or comparable assignments, (iii) certified copies of relevant diplomas).

4.
