Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Firm to Revise the Monitoring-Evaluation System, Carry out the Baseline Survey and Final Evaluation of the Prsn.

? measure the rate of malnutrition of school-age children through malnutrition (anthropometric measurements) and micronutrient deficiencies (iron, vitamin A and vitamin C);

? measure the dietary diversity score of children among households;

? check the quantities of good quality local food used in school canteens (across the municipalities);

? assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of teachers, students, COGES / APE / AME and deconcentrated and decentralized structures on good food, nutritional and hygienic practices;

? assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of teachers, students, COGES / APE / AME and

deconcentrated and decentralized structures on production activities (gardening, livestock and

school fields) and the promotion of the endogenous canteen;

? assess the knowledge, attitudes and practices of teachers, students, APE / AME / COGES and deconcentrated and decentralized structures on school health (deworming and supplementation);

? assess the practical knowledge of canteens on good food, nutritional and hygiene practices;

? evaluate the knowledge of the canteens on the diversification of dishes prepared with local products and on the techniques of drying and / or preserving fresh vegetables (tomato, onion).
