NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF A FIRM IN CHARGE OF TECHNICAL STUDIES RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF BRIDGES ON THE IBENGA AND MOTABA RIVERS IN THE LIKOUALA DEPARTMENT, ON BEHALF OF THE DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT PROJECT `COMMERCIAL AGRICULTURE (PDAC)

1. The Government of the Republic of Congo and the International Development Association (IDA), World Bank Group, signed on September 20, 2017 a financing agreement of US $ 100 million, for the implementation of the Development Support Project of Commercial Agriculture (PDAC), over a period of 5 years.
A part of the funds is intended for the payments of the services of Consultants for technical studies relating to the construction of bridges on the Ibenga and Motaba rivers, Department of Likouala, subject of this present document.
1. This notice of solicitation for expression of interest aims to select a qualified and experienced firm .
3. The National Project Coordination Unit (UNCP) therefore invites interested firms to express their interest in the services described above.
The application must include the following information:
· the skills of the firm or design office, verifiable technical references on similar assignments (list of previous clients for this type of assignment: year, cost of the assignment, year, cost, name and full address of the client`s representative, methodology implementation and results obtained);
· the full address of the firm (location, contact person, PO box, Telephone, E-mail).
4. On this basis, the firms or consulting firms will be selected in accordance with the Bank Guidelines “Selection and Employment of Consultants by the Borrowers of the World Bank of January 2011”.
5. Interested parties should contact UNCP, for the terms of reference and other additional information at the address below, on working days from 8 am to 14 pm 00 30 .
6. Expressions of interest must be sent, in a sealed envelope or electronically, by Monday January 26, 2020 at the latest, to the address below:
