8. Provisional security
Proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond established by a bank approved by the Minister of Finance of Cameroon, with a validity period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of the proposals, and an equal amount Four hundred and twenty five thousand FCFA (425, 000 FCFA).
