Description: In January 2021, Gabon implemented the Acceleration Plan of Transformation (PAT) covering the period from January 2021 to December 2023 to respond to the economic recession caused by the Pandemie de La COVID-19 and which has had impacts: (i) the slowdown in economic activity; (ii) the drop in export income; (iii) an increase in unemployment; (iv) the test of solidarity and health systems; and (v) increased pressure from the public authorities to meet citizen needs.
