The Government of the Republic of CHAD has received funding from the International Development Association (IDA), and intends to use a partiedu amount of the Don to performthe payments under the following contract: Recruitment of a consultantpour diagnostic study of organizations professionals meat and milk sectors auTchad. Consulting services ("Services") include: i) an inventory of meat courses professional organizations and existing auTchad milk, ii) provide sustainable dessolutionsfor the promotion and development of meat courses professional organizations and milk and iii) propose an action plan to strengthen the organizations capacitsdes meat sectors etlait professionals.

The consultant has a duration of one month to this mission comprenantles lasituation diagnostic phases, the proposal solusustainable tions for the promotion and development organizations desprofessionnels desfilires meat and milk and validation of the study report.

The PACV Coordinator invites eligible consultants manifester their interest in providing the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide informationsdmontrant they ownthe required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The criteria for establishing the short list are: "hold unbaccalaurat 5 in one of the following disciplines: agricultural economics, veterinary, socio-economics, rural economics, demography / statistics, management of organizations or equivalent" hassee at least 5 professional ansd'exprience in supporting grassroots organizations, "have a Professionalexperience in the development of meat and dairy production is an asset" have realized aumoinstrois (3) Similar missions "have bonneconnaissance of IT tool (database management); "have a bonneconnawth the project area or similar area.
