Background
As part of its program to support businesses in upgrading, and strengthening its institutional system, the Firm's Upgrading Office is launching a restricted international call for tenders relating to the recruitment of consultant (s) responsible for carrying out a feasibility study for the establishment of a technical center for textiles (CETTEX) in Cameroon.

Purpose
This Notice of Expression of Interest relates to the prequalification of Consultants (Design Offices or individuals), with a view to their participation in the Invitation to Tender relating to the recruitment of consultant (s) responsible for carrying out a feasibility study for the establishment of a technical center for textiles in Cameroon on behalf of the Business Upgrading Office (BMN).

Submission of tenders
The application files will be given in five (05) copies including one (01) original and four (04) copies marked as such, in a closed and sealed envelope, to the booth of the Upgrading Office located in Yaoundé Nlongkak Gendarmerie Entrance or Douala BALI SCI CEDAM building next to the SOMATEL hotel, at the latest on January 28, 2020 at 3.30pm local time, against discharge and must bear the following mention:

Evaluation criteria
The qualification criteria are as follows:
To be a consultant proving skills in the field of textiles and clothing, in production management, in industrial, economic and logistics management or in agro-industry in general and specifically in carrying out sectoral studies, research-industrialization-valorisation of products agricultural or similar;
Justify the administrative, technical and financial capacities required, in particular:
-Present administrative files conforming to the specificities indicated in this notice;
-Have good experience in studying the subject of these services;
-Have material and human resources required for the execution of these services.
Not having been the subject of a negative evaluation of services for consultants who have already had to carry out assignments on behalf of the BMN (eliminatory criterion).
