General Procurement Notice for Recruitment of Consultants to Carry out the Survey Customer Satisfaction
The government of Togo has obtained financing in the amount of US$42, 800, 000 in the form of regular financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) - (US$27, 800, 000) and a grant from Lives and Livelihood Fund (LLF) of which the IDB is the Administrator - (US$15, 000, 000) to finance the “Project to Strengthen the Health System and Primary Health Care in Togo (PR4SP)” and with the intention of use a portion of this funding to make payments for the acquisition of goods, works and related services and consultancy services required under the project.
The project will include the following components: COMPONENT 1: IMPROVEMENT OF THE OFFER OF SERVICES results in the construction, rehabilitation, equipment of health infrastructures and the acquisition of rolling means and the control of the main communicable diseases as well as the management of envenoming by snake bites. COMPONENT 2: IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF SERVICES includes strengthening the capacity of health service structures and training and support to community health workers, quality assurance of services including infection prevention and control. COMPONENT 3: IMPROVEMENT OF GOVERNANCE IN THE HEALTH SECTOR is organized around standardization and regulation of the sector, support for the coordination and interventions of the health sector and support for health development policies and strategies. COMPONENT 4 SUPPORT FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT results in goods and services necessary for project management. COMPONENT 5: FINANCIAL AUDIT results in the audit of the project accounts.
