Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of Consultant for the Realization of the Audit Road Safety Project.

1. The Government of the Republic of Côte d`Ivoire has received funding from the African Development Bank Group (ADB) to cover the cost of the Abidjan Urban Transport Project and intends to use part of amounts granted under this loan to finance the consulting services contract for the road safety audit of the project .

2. The services provided under this contract include the road safety audit following the detailed design, pre-opening and post-opening stages as recommended by the Road Safety Audit Manual for Road Safety. Africa published by the Bank. The road safety audit will cover the infrastructure of the

The Road Management Agency (AGEROUTE), acting on behalf of the Ministry of Equipment and Road Maintenance, invites the Consultants (Road Safety Audit Boards) to submit their application for the purpose of providing the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services: documentation, references to the road safety audit, experience in comparable missions, availability of key personnel qualified in the areas of the mission, as well as any other additional information.

NB: Each reference will be summarized on a card and will be taken into account only if the candidate attaches the justifications containing the coordinates of their client allowing the possible verification of the information provided: Extract of contract (front page and the one containing the signatures) and / or Certificate of good execution. Experiences with donor funded development and infrastructure projects in Africa are an asset.
