The Gabonese Republic has received a loan from the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Africa Growing Together Fund (AGTF) ??to cover the cost of the Water and Sanitation Sector Development Program in Gabon, first integrated sub-program for the drinking water supply and sanitation of Libreville "PIAEPAL" -Volume 1: drinking water and intends to use part of the sums granted under this loan to finance the contract of Consultancy services (Firm) to carry out the mission of supervision and control of two (2) Contracts for strengthening and extension of the drinking water distribution networks of Grand Libreville (communes of Libreville, Owendo, Akanda and Ntoum) (Markets # 2 & 3).

The services provided under this contract include the supervision and control of the work of:

Market n ° 2 (Communes of Libreville and Akanda):

- reinforcement and extension of drinking water pipelines in the municipalities of Libreville and Akanda;

- installation of a pumping station at the PK5 for the supply of the 10, 000 m 3 tank of the Cité de la Caisse

- Rehabilitation of a booster in a metal structure of 100 m 3

- construction of one (1) water tower in metal structure of 50 m 3

- construction of individual and collective drinking water connections

- construction of civil engineering works (manholes or valved chambers)

- works of EPA of plots 1 and 3 (National Society of Social Housing).

Market n ° 3 (Owendo and Ntoum communes):

- strengthening and extension of drinking water pipes in Owendo and Ntoum communes

- construction of two (2) reinforced concrete water towers of 1500 m 3

- construction of one (1) water tower in a metal structure of 100 m 3

- rehabilitation of a reinforced concrete water tower of 2000 m 3

- Restructuring of Owendo Tarp`s pumping industry

- rehabilitation of a booster of 100 m 3

- construction of individual and collective drinking water connections

- construction of civil engineering works (manholes or valves).

The mission is scheduled to start on February 3, 2020 for a projected duration of thirty-three (33) months.

The Ministry of Mines, Energy and Hydraulic Resources (MMERH) through the Project Coordination Unit " UCP-PIAEPAL " invites the Consultants (Firms) to submit their applications to provide the services described above . Interested Consultants (Firms) must provide information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the expected services (documentation, benchmark of similar services, experience in comparable assignments, availability of qualified personnel, client references, technical capabilities and any other information deemed relevant).

Consultants can join a group to increase their chances of qualification.
