UNFPA Madagascar is launching a call for tenders for the recruitment of a leading consultancy firm responsible for designing and deploying the innovative “Leaders Champions” program within four strategic regions (Analamanga, Itasy, Grand Sud and Grand South East). This crucial three-month mission aims to mobilize the moral and cultural authority of local traditional and religious leaders to break taboos, transform gender norms and erect community shields against violence. Gender-based (GBV) and in favor of Family Planning (SSR/FP). We are looking for a multidisciplinary team of experts (social anthropology, public health, behavioral communication) capable of combining methodological rigor and respect strict customary protocols directly in the field.
