No. Don: Idan H9550 / P 133021No. reference (according to the Work Plan and Annual Budget 2015): 2.1.3 The Government of the Republic of CHAD has received funding from the International Development Association (IDA), and intends to use an amount partiedu this Don to make paymentsunder the following contract: Recruitment of a consultantpour the design and organization of milk collection centers to the benefit of PACV. Consulting services ("Services") include: i) identification of all existing collection centers in the area that projetainsi groups of women processors of milk, ii) the diagnosis Retailer milk collection centers and specialized groups quedes women in the collection and processing of dairy products, iii) the proposal of an effective and transparent way degestion seven (7) at the centers, iv) opportunities studies diversification produitslaitiers (milk, cheese, traditional cream, etc.) and their commercialisation, v) identification of new opportunities pouraider marketing of dairy products, vi) mini-dairies creating feasibility studies and / oumini-dairies that can strengthen the economic capacity of 7 milk collection centers and HEALTH RESEARCH BULLETIN groups and vii) proposal for a promotion strategy and develop-ment of 7 milk collection centers in the area deprojet through innovative financing.

The consultant has a period of one calendar month (30 days) for Mission fairecette including animation of the validation workshop / restitution Provisional end of mission report.

The PACV Coordinator invites eligible consultants manifester interestto provide the services described above. Interested Consultants must provide informationsdmontrant they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The evaluation criteria are the following: - have a level of training at least 5 Bac ansdans one of the following disciplines: economics rUrale, agricultural economics, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, management andmanaging organizations / cooperatives or in any other discipline jugepertinente; - Have experience of at least 5 years proven dansl'un areas of the above studies; - perform at least one task in the field Reverse production and / or processing of milk; - hassee relevant experience in a similar lesecteur privately with groups of women - have a good knowledge of organisationspaysannes and livestock sector - have a good knowledge of a milieusimilaire.
