Expression of Interest are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant (Cabinet or Firm) for the Strengthening of Cadastrage for the Recovery of Property Tax.
The purpose of this EOI is to request offices or consulting firms to be short-listed for consultation on the ' selection of a consultant (firm or firm) for cadastre for the recovery of the property tax ".
The implementation of this activity will be carried out under the direct supervision of the beneficiary technical structure.

Specifically, it will be:
- control the parcel fabric by improving the rate of parcels imposed (from 54% to 62%) in the next 3 years;
- improve the recovery / issuance ratio (from 67% in 2016 to 75% in 2019) in the project areas;
- improve the share of property tax revenues in the state budget and the local authorities concerned (increase the annual rate of recovery from 10% to 20% by the end of the project (2019);
- strengthen land tenure security by updating and building a quality cadastral infrastructure to reduce technical errors, which is a source of land conflicts.
The tasks to be performed by the consultant to achieve the specific objectives expected are as follows:
