Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Consultant for the Road Safety Inspection and Socioeconomic and Behavioral Diagnosis of Road Accidents on the Lome-Ouaga- Dougou-Niamey Corridor
Consulting services include:

- Inspection and safety classification of all sections of the corridor (Lomé-Ouagadougou-Niamey)

inspected (1450 km);

- Carrying out a complete and in-depth diagnosis of road safety on the corridor;

- Mapping of all areas at risk of traffic accidents on the corridor;

- Proposal of a proactive and corrective action plan detailed on the technical level for the

implementation of proposals for improving road safety at the corridor level;

- Identification and proposal of sustainable financial resources for the implementation of the action

plan;

- Installation of a monitoring committee with stakeholders, and organization and facilitation of a

validation workshop for the audit report.

- Animation of a validation workshop of the inspection report at the level of each country;

- Training of ten (10) public administration executives in each country in road safety audit
