Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a Coaching and Capacity Building Support Service Provider for Sonabel within the Framework of the Yeleen Project

The Ministry of Energy of Burkina Faso wishes to direct the capacity building actions of the YELEEN project towards (i) the sustainability of the solar infrastructures deployed and (ii) more broadly, ensuring the skills of national actors in the management of projects and solar power plants. . In order to respond to these orientations, AFD financed in 2018 and 2019 a scoping and diagnostic study as well as a participating workshop which made it possible to pose organizational diagnostic elements and to draw up in July 2019 a draft of support strategy for strengthening the capacities of SONABEL and other actors.

The main objective of the coaching and capacity building support mission is 0) on the one hand to prioritize and specify the draft capacity building plan of July 2019 and whose main orientations have been validated by the SONABEL, and (ii) on the other hand to support SONABEL in its implementation.

The Applicant's Services will therefore have as their object:

Finalize the capacity building plan by proposing a prioritization of actions which will be validated by
SONABEL;
♦ Support SONABEL in the implementation of the selected activities.
