The city of Cologne is looking for a service provider who will design, realize and deliver a trade fair appearance on a rental basis. In addition, the assembly and dismantling as well as the storage of the trade fair stand and the advertising and information material used by the client is requireds as well as a digital inventory of the stored advertising materials are part of the award. The maximum contract term is four years. The framework agreement initially runs for two years and can be extended twice by the client for another contract year (option). This appliest that the term is automatically extended by another year unless the client notifies the termination of the framework agreement three months before the end of the contract.
