Tenders are invited for Real Estate Consulting Services.

Scope: The objective of this work is to identify sites that conform with U.S. criteria for an NEC, but the U.S. itself will evaluate all potential sites and exclusively by itself decide which properties to select for potential acquisition. The services will include (1) identifying potential sites in private and government ownership, (2) identifying properties that potentially can be assembled to create suitable sites, (3) investigate the ownership status and availability of three or more sites identified by the U.S. Embassy, (4) investigating two or more potential areas of assemblages identified by the U.S. Embassy, and (5) providing field support during the one-year performance period. Deliverables will be a Status Report due 15 days after issuance of the delivery order, and a Final Report, due 30 days after the issuance of the delivery order.
