The United Nations Refugee Agency (UNHCR), Senegal Regional Office, invites qualified service providers to submit a firm proposal for the establishment of one (or more) Framework Agreement(s) for the provision of Simultaneous Interpreting and Document Translation services in four (04) languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese in two (02) separate lots as follows: Lot 1: Simultaneous Interpreting Services Lot 2: Translation Services documentsNote: The two batches are independent and each supplier is free to choose the batch according to its ability to meet the requested requirements. SUBMISSION OF THE PROPOSAL Proposals must be submitted directly in the ERP portal and all Attachments must be uploaded in PDF format. (Copies of documents in PDF format may, in addition, be included in Excel or other formats, etc.). Technical and financial offers must be submitted in sections specified. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification of the proposal. The deadline for submission of proposals is specified in the Overview section. Any proposal received after this deadline or outside the portal in line will be rejected.
